Hello you lovely people,
Well August was also hot, very hot at times, and it certainly was a month.
On the 15th of Aug this lovely book made with NJ Simat π€, all about a little kindred frog finding his home was officially published. Without NJ this would never have happened. Available at all good book shops, but here are some links for you. I only received my copies at the end of the month due to an address mixup and after some road stomping by R, when he found they had been delivered to the local pub. There is nothing quite like holding your own book in your hands,

Tadpole and froglet making felt slowish going this month but I managed six apparently. Thereβs Isabella a baker, gone to live in Finland: Judit the chess Grand Master who is awaiting a home: Ellery is a heavy metal lover and has gone to live in the USA: WOl the owl also gone to the USA, Piglet is waiting for the tariff situation to resolve and will then be off to the USA: and lastly Caspian is almost finished, just awaiting a lute and a new home.

I colour coordinated my knitting needles to their holders. Yay, go me.
A little self explanatory this one. But, yay, go me again.
At the beginning of the month the whole household went on holiday to Scotland, Iβve written about it already in a previous post but here are my fav pics from the holiday.

To go along with my mini vinyl music album making Iβve started making mini books. I need to remember to print out on high resolution and my best quality paper. But these tiny Ladybird books are my first proper attempt.

Iβve barely been outside this month as Iβve been crashing with my MECFS after Scotland, but did manage to get along to watchR playing cricket at the home ground. I think thatβs him at the back on the left running in. He is very tiny in this pic. Our lovely neighbours came down and joined us for a beer too which was really nice. And look at that view!
Last one, at the moment I leave these little bits wherever I sit! Only noticed when I stand up how they get underneath me I donβt know.
So thatβs it for August, I didnβt take many pics other than Knitted Ones or Knitted Ones accessories. Roll on September, when I turn a prime number. and hopefully some waning heat.
Till then, T x

If you have enjoyed my ramblings Iβd love for you to click the β€οΈ. It pleases the social algorithm, lets others know thereβs something interesting here, as well as letting me know you liked it and giving me a little virtual hug. Without virtual hugs I have been know to get sad π. Shares are good too and a comment buoys me up even more π A comment of what you liked, what you didnβt etc would be most gratefully appreciated.

Iβm in the US and often buy from Blackwells. Shipping is free and my money isnβt going to Uncle Jeff.
