Dear knitting Cabbage Heads,
I have been using patterns by Claire Garland from Dot Pebbles Knit for most of these little animals. She has a fab Instagram account. Shoes are sadly not made by me but from various sellers on Etsy and I will be trying to learn how to do it myself eventually. Anyway enough of the preamble.
Yesterday the Rabbits decided to go on a walk together behind me whilst R watched the Rugby League on TV. So, Delores and Bernard took a wander into the land of yarn and discovered something weird going on. Yarn was scattered, needles were knitting the yarn in weird ways. What was going on?

It was all rather perplexing, however nothing was happening so after a while they wandered away. However, their interest was piqued and they came back again whilst R was at the cricket (yes, he’s into his sport a lot). They discovered a tiny pumpkin patch.

They realised there was a strange rustling coming from the patch, and suddenly a little head appeared.

Bernard gently coaxed the wee one out and they welcomed them to the tribe. What an exciting day!

So there we are. A new tiny rabbit goes the crowd. Clothes needed for them next.
So that’s me signing off for now, till next time. If you have any suggestions for photo opportunities for the tribe, or any ideas for other animals you’d like to see let me know below. I do post updates on Notes more regularly if you want more regular updates.
If you have enjoyed my ramblings I’d love for you to click the ❤️. It pleases the social algorithm, lets others know there’s something interesting here, as well as letting me know you liked it and giving me a little virtual hug. Without virtual hugs I have been know to get sad 😜. Shares are good too and a comment buoys me up even more 😁 A comment of what you liked, what you didn’t etc would be most gratefully appreciated.
So cute! I think what you've got there is the makings of a children’s book. Seriously.
I've heard of finding babies in a cabbage patch -- pumpkin patch is even better!
Welcome, little bun. 🧡🌿
