I was introduced to St Lucy’s Day, and I was transported. It’s possible I had been introduced before but forgotten, but I dropped upon this gem on ‘X’ of all places. It reminded me of Katherine, and my love for Donne (that seems to have been squashed by ‘real’ life and I need to rediscover), and also realised that Richard Burton has my eyes. I have limited energy today, and so a lack of words but am SO looking forward to the stretching of the light that is to come. With the lengthening days comes renewed hope. I love the natural light and it really helps my mood.I wish you all a wonderful Solstice.
I am working on some longer pieces, hopefully with the longer light I will achieve a little more.

Happy new natural year! Slowly, too slowly for me the light will be returning but at least it is on its way. With the return of the light will, hopefully, come more energy for us both.
