I’m not sure what you are getting at? It’s a poem, not a thesis, but … maybe if in the story god had used the experience to NOT throw his creations out onto the wilderness, and been a gentle parent, explaining what had gone wrong and why they should obey (though this is contentious in its own right) then maybe we wouldn’t have ended up in such a fucked up society that we have today. Maybe if he hadn’t blamed Eve, rather than understanding his own ineptitude in parenting, we wouldn’t have such a misogynistic and patriarchal society. I’m not saying we should have been mindless puppets at all. I’m saying the consequences were overdone. If god had been kind not vengeful the world that relies on this story would be nicer.
